Jalsa Hyderabad – The first from the Jalsa series with a punch!

As part of the 12 Jalsa concert organized by Indian Music Academy in association with Idea Cellular, Hyderabad was the first ever in the series. The concert featured amazing performances by maestro L Subramanium and vocalist Sanjeev Abyanker.

The first Jalsa concert was held at the Shilpakala Vedika, Hyderabad on the 27 th of May, 2006 at 06:30pm. The entire evening was one among the best classical musical treat and an evening every music enthusiast would remember. The classical power performances by maestro L Subramanium and vocalist Sanjeev Abyanker did achieve Jalsa's prime objective which is to promote interest and awareness among the youth on the Indian classical music. Jalsa series with its first concert has already started to build the connection with the next generation.

The entire musical night ended with one-off experience of the innovative and interesting interactive music class where the performers addressed various queries from the enthusiasts.
